Choosing a reliable modular factory
We work with selected manufacturers in Lithuania and Latvia who operate according to the strictest quality standards.
They have years of experience building modular homes for Scandinavia – where the demands for quality and certification are even higher than in Iceland.
Construction and assembly
We take care of the earthworks, coordination of design and production, and final finishing on site – including the installation and assembly of the house with our own crane truck and excavator.
